Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and calculated at checkout. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not a guarantee of delivery date.
Free shipping is offered through USPS on all orders over $50. We currently only ship within the U.S. at this time. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note, all delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and Ello Wellness cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm PST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at support@ellowellness.co. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

Return Policy
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to support@ellowellness.co. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
Refunds will be given for unopened and sealed product only, within fourteen (14) days of the product received date. To submit a refund request, please contact us at support@ellowellness.co and wait for confirmation before returning any unopened or damaged product(s).
You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any opened Product(s).
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Since we have an explicit Refund & Return Policy in these Terms of Service to which you have agreed prior to completing the purchase of Products, we will not agree to take any type of chargeback from your credit card company. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies and/or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which might have a negative impact on your credit score. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database will need to make full payment for the amount of the chargeback.
